“Today’s 2-1 decision towards DACA/DAPA (Texas v. US) by the 5th Circuit is no surprise. Now it is our duty to move forward and push The Supreme Court to set aside the politics, move this forward on their agenda this coming term and help restore justice, unity and respect for the millions of hardworking, dedicated immigrant families that qualify for DAPA/DACA+.”

If the case goes to the Supreme Court, it is highly likely that a decision will not be made until June 2016. In the meantime, you can find information on DAPA/DACA+, including what documents you need to prepare, by clicking on the links below.
